obv.: bust, left, w/tiara, 2-strand diadem, 2 loops and 2 ribbons, crest of tiara decorated w/19 pellets on stalks, side w/5 pellets on stalks, long ear flap w/7 pellets; mustache, long triangular beard composed of vertical lines; molded cheek, almond shaped eye; line from nose to corner of mouth; double necklace w/⋀⋁ pattern in the center; in upper right field l⊃; dotted border 8 to 15h;
rev.: archer, right, on throne, w/bow in one extended hand, 2 complete legs; mint monogram Ā below bow, the seat and legs of throne as ⊼; 3 lines of legend visible, the first being the king’s name in Aramaic/Pahlavi, the others in ‘Greek’.
