Metal/Size: AR20; Weight: 3.9 grams; Denomination: Drachm; Mint: Rhagae; Date: 123-88 BCE; Obverse: Bust of king left, wearing tiara with ear flap and eight-pointed star. Tiara has two rows of beads with half-moon designs between rows. Double-banded diadem with two ribbons attached. Long beard, earring and torque with hippocamp. Reverse: Archer (Arsaces) wearing bashlyk and seated right holding bow - five lines of text ("Great King of Kings Arsaces, the Noble"). Reference: Sellwood #28.1.
