The details are indistinct.  The obverse legend says " D N C. . .TIANTIS P F AVG", while the reverse is a Gloria Romanum type usually found in the era of Valentinian--emperor advancing right, dragging captive by the hair & holding labarum.  TES in exergue.  Crude.  Dacian counterfeit?
