Very nice coin. I wonder if she was beautiful in real life.

AHHH! SOOO nice!! BEAUTIFUL portrait, very elegant. I am envious my friend. That is one of the finest female busts I have seen on a Roman coin.... and I am not even exaggerating! Interesting what 'Legatus' said too.... all we have to go on of these women are the coins, engravings, paintings and statues....so I wonder just how beautiful they were in reality.... I assume the statues would be the best for comparison... however one never knows if the Empress perhaps, had herself made to look a little more beautiful than she was in real life so she would be remembered as being more beautiful..... hard to say, very interesting subject though. Back to the coin..... 5/5 without hesitation!
You done good boy..... you done real good...... now let me have some of them french fried pataters mmmhmm. Wink
