       Hermes, nude, without chlamys, stg. l., holding kerykeion in l. arm and in outstretched r.

      b) not in Varbanov (engl.):

      c) Hristova/Hoeft/Jekov (2018) No. 8.14.10.29 (plate coin)
about VF, dark green patina

The obv. legend is a bit crude. I think it could be AV K L C too. But I'm open for different opinions.
And the bust too can well be cuirassed only.
