Cool one, hes one of my favorite oddball emperors.

Very nice portrait of the Emperor as well as a nicely done portrayal of Roma seated on the reverse! I like it alot! I still have yet to add a Commodus to my collection.... but I have been kinda slow with the collecting lately.... I'm working on taking photos of many many world coins I got over the past few monts, and am low on 'Roman Coin funds' at the time.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I'm low on funds too and slow to buy new coins.

I know how that goes.... gosh I am still quite impressed with this and your newest aquisitions though, especially the Eastern Mint VIRTUS EXERCITUS of Philip I with the PM below the bust.... quite a find. I also really like this one.... I still do not have any coins of Commodus or his father, I have Faustina II and coins commemorating Ant. Pius struck under M. Aurelius, but none of M. Aurelius or Commodus, I hope when I buy one of Commodus for my collection it is as nice as this one.

Guys, Take in consideration that we are all short in funds to aquire new ancient coins for our collection. But, at the other hand, the sellers are also geting short on money, too. So, many of them are lowering their prices or comming up with very good items on sale and discounts. Keep your eyes open for the GGOD DEALS. That's the only way to keep going with our collections.... Good luck Randy and Rexesq. Wink
