Isegrim lists an AE 19 of this type with the same obverse legend (rev. legend COL AVG TRO) as SNG RIGHETTI 0788.

That one has IMP LIC - VALERIA as obverse legend though.

And the Righetti coin has a laureate head (= Valerianus Augustus). Ed Flinn's coin definitely is from Valerianus II and previously unpublished. I found another one from the same obverse die some months ago.
