The O from TEMPOR is missing die to a clogged die. The ghost of it is visible.

I am aware that the missing "O" is most likely the result of a clogged die rather than an erroneous die with the letter "O" missing from the very beginning. Nevertheless the letter "O" is still missing on THIS particular coin, hence the obverse legend description:)

The reason I mention it is that TEMPR FELICI does exist as a genuine error. I have one in my gallery.

Yes, I've seen it and am jealous Very Happy This error was first published already by Missong in his 1877 article "Stempelfehler und Correcturen auf Munzen des Kaisers Probus" together with many other interesting errors from Lugdunum (some of which are not even listed by Bastien!)
