The lettering on the obverse is very odd, becoming larger. The base of the bust is very flat but otherwise it is pretty nice.

In the 1980s, the Swiss pharmaceutical company, Sandoz (who actually used to make medallions) celebrated an anniversary by sending out replicas of coins to their customers. There were at least 6 different replicas made.
Sold as a replica by a Munich dealer.
