RECOVERED - SYRIAN TETRADRACHM OF URANIUS ANTONINUS - STOLEN DECEMBER 2005
In December I saw an unidentified Syrian tetradrachm for sale on the web and I immediately bought it since it was Uranius Antoninus. After six weeks of excited waiting the envelope arrived and was empty. This is a rare coin, and would have been a very important addition to my collection (I specialize in the 251-253 AD time period. It just broke my heart to have it stolen after feeling so elated.
Thank you,
Richard

This coin has now been returned to Richard after it appeared in the inventory of a dealer in the USA who had innocently purchased it from the felon.
