Its site is tentatively located near Imsi Ören in Asiatic Turkey. Another city named Philadelphia, located in Lydia (Alasehir, Turkey today) also struck coins for Trajan. The Philadelphia, located in the Decapolis, later Arabia Petraea (Amman, Jordan today), did not strike coins for Trajan.
