The K may refer to Cleopatra I, senior co-ruler,180 - 178/7 B.C., while Ptolemy VI was a young child. Similar issues with a transverse scepter have EUL between the legs of the eagle, possibly for Eulaios an advisor to young Ptolemy VI. Alternatively, K may stand for either Komanos or Kineas, who later took the advisor-role of Eulaios.GP54242.
