Viscountcy of Béarn, France, 1080 - 1134
|France|, |Viscountcy| |of| |Béarn,| |France,| |1080| |-| |1134|, The viscounts of Béarn ruled an area in the Pyrenees mountains and in the plain at their feet.

Six viscounts were named Centule, but coins probably were not struck until 1080, under Centule IV (1058 - 1088), and the last count named Centule, Centule V, died in 1134.

Onor Forcas means Lord of Forcas, referring to the castle of Hourquie (of which no trace remains).

The obole is much scarcer than the similar denier.
