Here's an interesting variety of a denarius of Septimius Severus from Emesa.

Obv: IMP CAE L SEP SEV PERT AVG COS II
Rev: LIRERAL AVG

weight: 2.6 g
diameter: 18 mm

There is an aureus from Emesa with this very same spelling error ( wish I could afford one of those )
