The type is a "Three Hole Spade" 300-250 BC
Hartill 3.487, Obv: An Yang, Rev: 12 Zhu

So not a fantasy, but IMHO it looks not like the real ones, which are extremely rare:

For example another  three hole spade (different type), sold for US$402,675
