...but not as common as the Two-Victories and Victory holding wreath and palm types.

Skimming through RIC VIII, it appears this type was only minted in Aquileia (74, 75) and Siscia (179-181). A variant from Sirmium spells out the abbreviation AVGG as AVGVSTORVM (25).
