I would not put much trust in either this coin,
or the source for it. There is an artificiality to
the detail, the surface, and the false 'patina'.

You would be well advised to have this item
checked out in hand by someone of greater
expertise, especially an expertise in tooling.

I cleaned myself this coin & the patina is real.
Let members judge it

Looks to me like a early Arab-Byzantine, early Caliphate 636-660 AD
Not a official mint I think.
I would not discount it off hand by just this picture.

Patina looks authentic (sand patina typical for coins found in the desert).
The coin is of course not official.

An interesting specimen: unofficial certainly, Arab-Byzantine probably.

(1)   Most Arab-Byzantine issues get the obverse legend completely wrong, while in this example the
      :Greek_epsilon: :Greek_Nu: :Greek_Tau: :VO: :Greek_Tau: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Nu: :Greek_Iota: :Greek_Kappa: :Greek_Alpha: (almost) makes sense;

(2)   The ‘standing imperial figure’ types normally show the figure holding a long cross (right) and a globus cruciger (left), while this example has (I think) a long cross surmounted by a globus in the figure’s right hand.

Goodwin [Arab-Byzantine Coinage(2006)] describes a coin with quite a similar obverse: the type E plate coin, number 5, illustrated on p.34.

Thanks Dear members for your comments & contributions.I was chocked how a real coin like this one can be condemned by a member just on photos :tooling,false patina,etc...without having the coin itself in your hand in case of doubt.,as wileyc suggested:to be sure,you need the coin in your own hand...This coin is authentic,not really touch[just a little bit cleaned from desert thick patina],and if you don't trust the source as it was said,you must not ask this source to sell you coins previously...
