hi,
it seems to be a contemporary imitation.
It is rather Constantius II, presumably after 355

Yes.  Clearer shots would be great. 

The legend looks blundered.  The spear points the wrong direction.  The mint mark seems non-official.

Looks like a neat imitative coin.
