hi we have this coin unsure how it came to be in the family but would love to know more about it.

Similar pieces have shown up here before.  Unfortunately, not ancient but rather what is known generally as a tourist piece, made in modern times to be sold to tourists.  The piece is cast, not struck, and the style is far from authentic pieces.
