Welcome.  Looks like an Antoninianus of Gordian III with Fides on the reverse holding a standard and scepter.  If you can get a better picture we can nail down an exact attribution.  If not can you write out what is written on both sides?  I have an idea but I want to confirm.

Yeh, the style is really off--especially on the reverse.  The obverse portrait is not too shabby, but the lettering is poor.
