Please Help to ID coin found in the Ukraine. Maybe its Apamea of Severvs. No catalog or any key not found.

I think Pekkas help gave you the required information needed to point you in the right direction, but to be really sure of the exact city i think you need to clean your coin. This will reveal all the necessary lettering that will help you establish the city of origin.
