Caracalla? Bull or Lion..?
« on: September 17, 2014, 11:34:31 am »
Hello, Need a little help on this one.  Kind of looks like Caracalla RecGen 299  or 473, but not sure about the reverse animal or the obv legend.

I'm thinking:

Obv. ANTON INO ???  or maybe ANTWN INO ???

Rev. NIKAIE ??? N

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks,
Gus

Nice, thanks for the help.

Interesting to see the  :Greek_Nu: :Greek_epsilon: combo in the obv on the asia minor example.  Pretty sure that is present in my example as well.
