Here is another large coin, it has a very interesting reverse, any thoughts on the ruler? Thanks!

Usually known as sacrificial implements or implements of the pontificate. From left to right  knife,aspergillum,ewer,lituus and sympulum. Accompanied by the legend PIETAS.
