Silvered white metal (?), 32mm/4.3gm

There are similar styles an Hattatt, but none quite like this one.

Anyone?

Sadly there is no full listing of all the openwork plate variants.  So you would just have to file it under Roman Openwork Plate Fibula and date it to 2nd to early 3rd c AD.

It is definitely silvered or tinned.  Should be bronze but could be a billon alloy with a bit of silver added.  Some of the bonework (?) knobs still remain, held on by copper rivets.
