Is that weight?

Hi All;
I need a great help to ID this bronze square :26 x 26 x 8mm [very thick]-44,9 g;engraved with deity stg.,incrusted with lead with some missing;with letters in left field & in ex.Is that a Greek or Roman weight?

Nor I, and I spent some time googling various combinations.  Even assuming the backwards N was an N or a V.

It might be some sort of magical amulet instead of a weightRoman and Greek magical items often have inscriptions that appear to be gibberish.
