weight 3.12 gr

diameter 19 mm - 20 mm

is this denarius?

Yes, it is a denarius.

I have seen a few such coins like this in convex shape.  That is not how they were made.  This one does not show any signs of being beaten into this shape so I wonder if it could be the result of a fire.  There are a few blisters that could also be sign of heat damage.
