Yes....as Herod the Great, I believe?  I think I've seen this movie as his character looks familiar but have no idea of its name.

Oh, I know it's Peter Ustinov  ;D.  The question mark was about him looking like the coin.  The movie is called Quo Vadis from 1951.  He plays the Emperor Nero.
