Likely an AE unit of the Yaudheyas, 3rd century:

Obverse
Kartikeya standing facing, holding scepter or spear; peacock at right. Inscription in Brahmi around

Reverse
Goddess standing left, right hand raised, left hand on hip, dotted border around.

Yaudheyas is the confederation, is possible know the ruler of this coin?

I don't believe specific rulers are known for this series.  If you do a Google image search for "Yaudheyas" (or a search for that term at Ebay), you'll see some matches.  There are also a number of matches at zeno.ru, including this one:

My other coin is from same period? the reverse is little diferent, show legend?

Obv.: Karttikeya standing facing, holding spear with his right hand, his left resting on hip; peacock on right ; circular Brahmi legend reading 'Yaudheya Ganasya Jaya' (Victory to the Yaudheya people); additional Brahmi number 'dvi' (=two) left of Karttikeya's head.

Rev.: Devasena standing to left with left hand on hip, her right arm raised with open hand; she is dressed in a long robe, wearing necklace, earrings and bracelets; flower vase in left field and inverted nandipada in right field; dotted border around
