It is similar to bronze arrowheads from Iberia, 1000 - 700/400 B.C., cf. Savory, Spain & Portugal Ancient Peoples, Fig. 72. G var. 4150; cast bronze, broad flat deltoid head with wide barbs, tang does not taper.

It isn't possible to be certain without knowing where it was found.
