Thanks friend, but my mintmark seems it has 3 letters.
Also the face doesn't really seem the same.

I completly agree, they are definitely different busts. I think yours looks more like Valens then Co nstantius. I would see if Valens had those types of reverses.

You can rule out Valens as he didn't issue this type; portrait doesn't look like him either. His face and neck are much thicker

The rest of the mint mark is off flan

But the left character looks like an S, so there's the beginning no?

Only four emperors / caesars issued these (I will discount Magnentius who only issued one)
- Constantius II
- Constantius Gallus (who is always bare-headed, with no diadem)
- Constans
- Julian II.

Your first coin is Constantius II. You can read DN CONSTAN- on the left of the obverse.
You should NEVER try to get an exact match for the bust for these Fel Temp types - this type
was struck by the million and new dies were being made very regularly.
We can't see any marks in the left field of your first coin, because if there is one,
it is off the flan.
But we can see the Gamma at the end of the mintmark. Anf - more importantly,
you see the nice hairlines at his neck ? That is very typical of the Heraclea mint.
So the reference - depending on whether there IS a fieldmark on the reverse would be
RIC VIII Heraclea 82 (with Gamma in the reverse left field)
RIC VIII Heraclea 90 (with nothing in the reverse left field)
RIC VIII Heraclea 93 (with M in the reverse left field).

You can see this hair type in the top coin on my own webpage of Fel Temps from Heraclea:
http://www.catbikes.ch/helvetica/ft-heraclea.htm
(for all Fel Temp cities see
http://www.catbikes.ch/helvetica/feltemps.htm

Your second coin is also Constantius II and has
1) an M in the left field of the reverse.
2) The officina letter (the last letter in the mintmark) is rounded, so it must  be an Epsilon or a Theta.
3) The horseman is forwards, clutching the horse's neck, not reaching back to ward off
the blow. I can see that because his hair braids are on the right and his face is looking left.
4) The final clue is the reverse legend break of FEL TEMP-....
The mintmark is either
AN epsilon or AN theta. Both are RIC VIII Antioch 191.
(See my Antioch page at the above link for examples - I have examples from 10 different officinae.

Really helpful message, thank you very much.
For the first coin i guess we should see a little part of the mint mark in the left field, and i guess it doesn't have one. So it should be RIC VIII Heraclea 90

PS: does the weight difference between the 2 coins has any importance?

Thanks Helvetica...
Seeing HOW you narrowed this coin down is a million times more educational than a straight up RIC id..
     Your time is appreciated!
