You are welcome.  I believe that the pellets are a sigla, or privy mark, the specific significance of which is not known.  You will see that my example of this coin, https://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-47637, lacks sigla.

Huszár 50., Unger 43., CNH1 59.
This is one of the most frequent hungarian coin from the medieval age.
There was a hoard in Richardpuszta with more than 30000 pieces H50 and about 130 varieties.
