Philip and Otacilia, Mesembria

Hello everybody,

I think it's a coin of Mesembria with Otacilia and Philip. But I don't find a reference with this Serapis reverse (with transverse sceptre). I have found Moushmov 4025 but Serapis is different.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone could provide me a reference number to finish the attribution.

Diameter : 24mm ; weight : 11g

Varbanov lists 3 different obverse legends with Serapis reverse:
4265 - 7. Unfortunately the difference is not possible to see on
your coin beside the head of otacilia.

Ok thanks! But just a question : in Varbanov 4265, Serapis has a transverse sceptre ?
Because in Moushmov 4025, Serapis is different :
