Septimus Severus-Nikopolis

The coin is 28 mm is diameter and weighs 12.48 grams. The reverse depicts an unknown goddess seated left holding a patera? and a cornucopia. The obverse is a bust of Septimus Severus. The reverse legend reads VPAVGALLOV NIKOPOLITWN and the obverse reads AVKLC-CEVHPOC. In the exergue it seems to read PDOCI. I would greatly appreciate any information or hints that will lead me to a full attribution.
