Greek silver fraction 0.448g 9.6mm Human Skull / Galley

OK, I know it isn't really a human skull, but it looks like one.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Joe

[Arados]

First impression, Archaic style laureate and bearded head of Ba´al-Arwad on the obverse and Galley right and what appears to be Pataikos and aleph above, waves below. Dated circa 349-340 BC.

Raced skull with sunken facial features, similar to HGC10 Pg15 No.49 although slightly under weight.
