Constantine II? 18.5mm
« on: April 05, 2014, 06:06:24 pm »
Hi there,

I thought I had got this obverse inscription correctly (emboldening what I see, and italicising what I assume)

D N CONSTANTINO IVN NOB C

but I can't seem to tally it with the reverse. Can someone point out where I am going wrong?

Kind regards,

C

Yes, thanks, I reckon then its something rather along the lines of this http://www.acsearch.info/record.html?id=491424. Trouble is, I see constantino, which i can't find with the camp gate reverse...

I LOVE that feeling of a coin's design "clicking" in one's head.

Glad I could help ;)
