I think die is an obol of the so called Kugelwange from Serbia.
especially the picture of the horse has several parallels.

These serbian obols are rare and not wellknown.
This one is close to yours, weight matches too, dispite of the different horses style.
There are some refs in the text but i I am not convinced that's a 'Baumreiter' type which is quite different.
I hope that helps a bit.
