Hi
Quadrans,
Not urgent but it is one of the references at the top of my book want list for 2014. Early on, 1990's, I took an interest in the
coins of Probus and we were all fighting to find copies of
RIC vol. V
part II, even then knowing it was not the definitive reference. Interestingly, in the late 90's and thru the early 2000's almost no one referenced Alföldi, despite its long known existence - most likely because it is a difficult reference to obtain. Living in New
Mexico one does not have access to great classics libraries. UNM, which is right here in Albuquerque is a great school if you want to learn how to build death rays but not if you want to study the coinage of Emperor So-and-So. I will admit, though, that I have not gone over and perused their non-technical
library.
Please let me know if you are successful.
Thank you for your
generosity,,
