It's most probably:
Fatimid- al-Mustansir, 427-487 H Fals or Black Dirham?19mm-2,2g-Obv: Ma'add / 'Abd Allah (wa walyyh?) / al-Imam Abu Tamim / al-Mustansir billah / Amir al-Mu'minin.Marginal legend…R/ four lines Kalima..[  ]-Rare
