It is Islamic , but Ottoman  coin , search in this field.
The ruler is not readable , struck in Constantinople

An onluk (10 para) of Osman II, (1618-1622), dated 1027 H (see below central circle on obverse, right image, for rather crudely engraved accession date), struck as Sam says in Constantinople. cf http://www.osmanliparalari.com/Dirhem--Onluk-Ag,LA_1609-2.html#labels=1609-2

The Turkish website gives the weight as between 2 and 2.75 gm so yours is quite heavy.
