UNKOWN BRONZE, 32mm, REVERSE WALKING VICTORY, S-C FLANKING FIELD

Obverse:   Laureate head right
Reverse:  Walking Victory, S-C flanking field
A farmer gave this coin to my father when he was in Italy serving in WWII.  I have not been able to identify it.  Any help will be appreciated.
