-diameter 23/24 mm
-approximate weight 9 grams

What is clear from style and fabric is that it is Greek rather than Roman. Beyond that, the condition makes it hard. I think it could be Artemis on the obverse.

I think it is a Seleucid coin of Antiochos VI Dionysos, 144 - 142 BC, struck to the mint of Marissa.  C denomination.

Apollo bust right / Tyche standing.
