I know a couple of them without looking them up. 3 is Nero, 7 is Augustus and 10 is Caligula. Is 6 Caracalla?

Caligula was clearly not Augustus upon birth, and I don't know where Wikipedia found the name Julius for him!

According to Kienast, Römische Kaisertabelle, Caligula's name at birth was

C. Caesar Germanicus

and after his accession in 37 he was

C. Caesar Augustus Germanicus

Good catch, I completely overlooked that.

Drifter182 is quite correct and thanks to Curtis for his correction.

Anyone else know the rest? Or shall I just give the answers?

L. Domitius Ahenobarbus      NERO        ( If the L.    Is for Lucius  )
Lucius Septimius Bassianus                   Caracalla
Gaius Octavius                      Augustus

No Googling or cheating  :)

Is number 4 Marcus Aurelius, possibly? I'll also take a gamble that 1 or 2 (take your pick of the two  ;D) is Commodus. Since 6 is Caracalla, might 8 be Geta?

I would say   8- Varius Avitus Bassianus  is  Elagabalus. But I am not 100% sure.

These are the ones that have been answered correctly so far:

3. became Nero Claudius Caesar Drusus Germanicus, or NERO

4. became M. Aelius  Aurelius Verus, or MARCUS AURELIUS

5. an Isaurian chieftain who changed his name to ZENO

6. known by his nickname CARACALLA or on his coins as ANTONINUS PIUS

7. the first emperor AUGUSTUS

8. known by his nickname ELAGABALUS or on his coins ANTONINUS PIUS

9. ANTONINUS PIUS who gained the ‘Pius’ after his accession.

10. became C. Caesar Augustus Germanicus, known by the nickname CALIGULA

Just 1 and 2 to find. Hint: they are quite close to 4 and 8.
