unusual coin type?
« on: April 13, 2013, 04:09:38 pm »
I dont know where to start with this coin.  I am a roman coin collector and this came in the lot to be cleaned.
It is 13 mm dia.  and has a raised triangle on one side.  The other side has an unusual pointed design ?
Can any one help with what type of coin or perhaps where I can find out?

Looks like a radiate crown on the top image.  Most likely a Roman coin or a barbaric imitation.
