On the rev. I can read OVLPIAC T. So it could be OVLPIAC T - OPEIROV. But there is no Commodus for Topirus in Varbanov nor in RPC IV online.

On the rev. I can read OVLPIAC T.

Itis quite rough, but it might be ΟΥΛΠΙΑC Π....., possibly for Pautalia. I cannot make out the figure on the reverse.

I think the rev. is Nike advancing r., holding palmbranch over shoulder and wreath in raised hand. Not in Varbanov (engl.)
