I'm happy to add another hard to find dynastic type from Rome to my gallery.

A nice compliment to the same type I have from Lugdunum.

I've wanted a Vespasian hemidrachm for a long time, finally found one that fit the bill. Worn but well centered with full legends.  Now I just need one of Titus.....

And yet another Shekel of Tyre. In good style and a desirable date, CY 159, 33-34CE

Thanks orfew, glad you like it.  Over the years I've missed out on a couple other opportunities for this date but this one finally went my way.

I recently received these two rare denarii of Domitian.

One from 86:

One from 92:

And a Vespasian dynastic didrachm that I posted earlier on the Provincial board.

As always, I'm happy to hear any comments or corrections!

Enjoy,

Thanks for the kind words guys, I'm glad you like them.  Hunting for these rare dates is a lot of fun, especially for coins with minor problems that make many other collectors turn up their noses!

David, do you mind if I quote the comments from your gallery for my new Domitians? There's no way for me to improve on it.

I just added these two Flavians to my collection, both rather hard to come by.  I was amazed they came on the market within days of each other and both happened to arrive today.

Vespasian:

Both of those are keepers! The Vespasian reverse is wonderful and the Titus Caesar portrait is quite stylish (interesting it's a different obverse die than my own example considering the rarity!). You made out very well!
