Nice find. I think your coin could be minted in Siscia, and then it would be RIC (VIII) 317. Except that I cannot clearly see a palm branch in Victory's other hand.

The mintmark is not clear in your picture, but if it is indeed Sirmium, then it would be unrecorded in RIC, which records only the type VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM for Sirmium.
