No, it's definitely Antoninus Pius - there is no mistaking that face.

The obverse looks like:  AVRELIVS CAESAR ANTONINI AVG *****

Wouldn't this be Marcus Aurelius?

First, weight and size should be included if you want an ID. That way we know the type of coin we're searching for. I am assuming this is a dupondius and not a sestertius based on the legend. But size and weight would help know for sure.

Marcus Aurelius dupondius struck in Orichalcum under Antoninus Pius, Rome.
RIC 1306, page 183
OBV: AURELIANVS CAESAR ANTONINI AVG PII FIL,  bare-headed bust right
REV: TR POT VI COS II, HO-NOS, S-C,  Honos standing half right, holding branch and cornucopia

SCARCE
The coin in this picture weighs 9.8g and is 25mm

It is not radiate and has the following explanation:
The dupondius, struck on orichalcum, is usually marked with a radiate crown, except on the few circumstances where a type was issued for a male other than the emperor. When that occurs, we can only tell the difference when we can see the color of the metal below.
