Any help with inscription and reference would be appreciated.  Sear (1981) has a similar coin but with different obverse inscription.  Thanks, V-drome.

Obv: ANTONINVS PIVS AVG
Head of Antoninus right
Rev: [...POT... ]COS III[I?]
Victory advancing left holding wreath?

It´s probably Caracalla. It is difficult to read the legend on the reverse but it looks something like
PONTIF TR P XI COS III, Victory advancing left. RIC 101. A rare coin I think.
