Wow. 

So if you spent 30 seconds looking at each of Joe's pages - non-stop - it would take you over 9000 hours or well over a year!!!

And while paper thickness varies it appears that if you printed it all out and got ONE web page per sheet of paper (which of course is inaccurate as many of Joe's webpages are many paper pages long) it would make a stack over 110 meter tall.
