Geta, denarius, but what is the weight? Hard to venture an opinion on authenticity from a tiny image.

From the image it would appear to be Geta Denarius RIC 13a:  P SEPT GETA CAES PONT, draped bust right / NOBILITAS, Nobilitas standing right holding sceptre and palladium.  http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/sear5/s7184.html#RIC_0013a


I cannot comment on the authenticity from your image.  Try cropping and enlarging the image.  And provide the weight and measurement.
